If we have the candles in stock we ship out within 1 or 2 business days. However, please keep in mind it could take 3 to 7 business days especially during holidays. Our candles are handmade – no assembly line here – so sometimes we may be in the process of making candles for your order.
Where can I find your candles?
Please check on our Find Us page for an updates on our stockist. All of our candle collections are available online and we'll be sure you update you via our Social Media pages when we will be attending upcoming events.
Can we meet up outside of an event?
Unfortunately not, when we are not attending events we are busy candle making and meeting our clients delivery deadlines. We'll be sure you update you via our Social Media pages when we will be attending upcoming events.
Do I have to pay a delivery charge?
YES! The cost will be at the calculated at check out page.
When can I expect to receive my order?
For now, our delivery schedule is twice a week, and we will advise you on the exact delivery date once we have processed your order.
Are the candles available wholesale?
Yes! Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with wholesale enquiries. We often sell our candles in large volumes for wedding favours and corporate gifts.
Do you accept Custom/Bespoke orders?
Yes! For order volumes over 50 pieces we can create candles in bespoke sizes, vessels, labels and scents. We often take bespoke orders for Wedding Favours and Corporate Gifts, for which we help you create a custom candle for the event. Just send a message and we can work together to create your perfect candle.
